Oley.IO LLC Refund Policy

At Oley.IO LLC, we strive to provide high-quality web design services to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Project Cancellation:

If a client cancels a web design project before it is started (that is within 3 days of the order placement), a 15% cancellation fee is retained by Oley.IO LLC. The remaining amount will be refunded. It must be noted that the payment processor charges a certain percentage to process the payment. Therefore, the actual refund will be 85% of the amount paid, less the processing fee charged by the payment processor. The client must notify the cancellation in writing through email to the address [email protected].

After3 days of Order:

After 3 days of the order placement with Oley.IO LLC, the company will not be responsible for any refund(s).

Unsatisfactory work:

If a client is not satisfied with the final product and believes that the end product does not meet their expectations, the company is not liable for any refunds. This is because the client is shown samples and templates to choose from, and the website is built based on the selected template/design.

Refunds of third-party services:

Oley.IO LLC may recommend that the client use third-party services for hosting, IDX services, or any other necessary features. Oley.IO LLC is not responsible for any payments made to third-party services.

IDXBroker.com refund:

Oley.IO LLC is a developer partner of IDXBroker.com and recommends its clients to use their services for IDX. However, Oley.IO LLC is not responsible for any refunds from IDXBroker.com. Oley.IO LLC may assist in communication between the client and IDXBroker.com’s customer support team.

Refund process time:

If approved, refunds will be processed promptly by Oley.IO LLC, but it may take 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in the client’s bank account.
